setup dial up connection

FOR WIndow 7

1ST STEP:

  GO TO control panel > phone and modem.

  if it ask you to enter area code then enter 91 or else what ever you want.

2nd step:

  conect usb and and there will be com1 com2 or comx will shown as shown in image ..

  if there is "not present" instead of "com"x"" then it means you have not properly connected your data cable

3rd step:

  side click on comx after selecting it and then select properties

4th step:

 select advanced tab and there copy paste the following command according to your operator  

     IDEA   =   AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","internet"

     reliance=  AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","rcomnet",<cr>
 
     airtel  =  AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","airtelgprs.com","",0,0 

then select ok .

5th step:

go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Network and Sharing Center

6th step 

  select setup a new connection network >setup a dial up connection 

7th step:

   a new dail up setup window will be  pop up...

  enter following  data

  dial up phone number :  *99#

 and name connection wat u want... keep other option blank .

and check the option of  allow other people to connect this network..

then connect you are done...if there is error numbered 692 then switch off and on and try again..
